Right of access

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you by writing to hello@norvexalinto.com. We respond within 30 days.

Right to correction

If any data we hold about you is wrong or outdated, send the correct information to hello@norvexalinto.com and we will update our records.

Right to deletion

You may ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Send a request to hello@norvexalinto.com and we will remove it within 30 days unless we must keep it by law.

Right to restriction

You can ask us to limit how we use your data. Once you ask for restriction, we only store the data and stop other processing until the matter is solved.

Right to data portability

You can request your personal data in a common machine readable format. We provide it as a JSON or CSV file by email.

Right to object

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including marketing messages. Send your objection to hello@norvexalinto.com and we will stop that use.

Withdraw consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@norvexalinto.com or by disabling notifications in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before the request.

Complaints

If you feel your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
